Information I may collect from you
I only collect information given to me directly by you, via email, social media private messaging, or by telephone. This may include your name, telephone number, email address and order details.
How we use your information
Primarily, your information will be used to communicate with you regarding your order or enquiry, and to process your order. It will also be kept for internal record-keeping and analysis. It may be used to inform you about other goods or services similar to those you have already purchased or enquired about, if I consider you have a legitimate interest. It may be used to assist and improve any future orders you might place.
I will take reasonable steps to ensure your information is kept securely. I do not collect any “high risk” information such as your address, banking or card details, passwords etc.
I will retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary, and will regularly review the need to retain it. Your information will either be deleted or will made not personally identifiable, if I no longer need it.
Who I share your information with
Your name and email address may be shared with Intuit QuickBooks for the purposes of invoicing. No banking/card details will be taken by either Kate Feakins Cake Design, or Intuit QuickBooks.
I will never sell or provide your personal details to third party marketing companies.
You have the right to ask me not to process your personal information for marketing purposes.
You have the right to view, change or erase any personally-identifiable information you have submitted to Kate Feakins Cake Design.
